Orgasoft on Tour - ERP in the vest pocket
Due to the enormous cost-saving potential that comes with using mobile data collection devices, nearly all users of our ERP system already use one or more MDE device with our Orgasoft on Tour application. But other solutions, for example in the SAP environment, also show that there is still enormous potential for creating more efficient processes.
Orgasoft on Tour offers you a convenient communication interface between your merchandise and your ERP system, be it for orders, incoming goods, price validation and naturally for stocktaking.
The items are either registered through an integrated laser scanner or by manually entering the item number. Data between the DT-930 and your computer is exchanged through an opticalcommunication unit with a maximum speed of 115,000 Bd. Standard defaults make it possible to collect data quickly by scanning multiple codes without manual confirmation. The following types of barcode can be read: EAN, JAN, UPC, ITF, NW7, Code 39, Code 128, 2/5 Interleaved.
Between the mobile acquisition software OrgaSoft on Tour and our ERP system ORGASOFT NT there is a very extensive integration. In addition, several interfaces to other ERP systems have been implemented.

Data collection |
This function is for the sorting out of product ranges not available when importing supplier or manufacturer data into an ERP system. This way, any items that have not been scanned via MDE will not be imported. |
| Validation | The validation function lets you easily mark items that were not found by the MDE or that are incorrectly priced.This information can be transmitted to a merchandise management system through the interface and be evaluated there. |
| Order / Purchase | In order to validate your data, you can enter the addresses of your suppliers into the DT-930, so that the selected supplier can be checked in plain text before registering the order or the incoming goods. |

Stock take
|
Thanks to its low memory usage, Orgasoft on Tour is able to record up to 149,000 items, so that you can perform a decentralized inventory at branches that have no computer available on site. |
| Sales | The "Sales" function lets you assign sales to stored customers, which can then be loaded as delivery notes into the invoicing system of our ORGASOFT NT merchandise management systems or as receipts in ORGASOFT POS.NET. |
| Price changes | In this way price changes can be made directly on the goods, which then can be further processed by the ERP system. |
| Stock transfers | Important for branches! The stock transfers can be locally entered directly between the branches and transferred automatically into a central ERP system. |
| Commissioning | "Picking" of customer or branch orders with comparison of target and actual quantities. |
| Interface | An ASCll file is provided for the transfer of transaction data to the PC which makes it easy for you to integrate OrgaSoft on Tour in any program you wish. Required master data (clients, suppliers, articles) is also read via an ASCll file. |
